Students exploited by Landlords

It is reported that those Students who do not get university accommodation and have to pay privately are being exploited by unscrupulous Landlords and Managing Agents, who are not charging vast amounts for rent, but also the Managing Agents charge high administration fees on an annual basis. Landlords are converting more of the living space into bedrooms to obtain more in rent from students but on similar sized properties which are let to families the rent is far less.
