A major benefit to online shopping
24 November 2012

When you buy something online you get what is called a "7 day cooling off period". This means that you are perfectly entitled to change your mind about what you have purchased within 7 days of delivery and if you do that the seller must give you a refund. This is as a result of a law known as the Distant Selling Directive.
However, this does not apply where you have purchased something from an individual, such as on ebay!
