Students launch legal challenge to tuition fees
02 November 2011
Two students are launching a legal challenge to the increase in university tuition fees, which are increasing to up to £9000 per year.
The claim is to be heard in the High Court in London where the two students will be claiming that the increase in fees breaches Human Rights legislation in that lower income families and those who generally cannot afford such fees are going to be discriminated against.
